When you need a PDF instead of pictures

Offices, banks, universities and employers usually ask for documents as one PDF, not as a set of loose photos. A PDF keeps the pages together and in order, opens the same way on every phone and computer, and prints at the right size.

With this tool you photograph each page with your phone, choose the photos, and get a single PDF. It is the quickest way to send a CNIC copy, a degree, a bill, a receipt or a signed form.

How to convert pictures to PDF

  1. Tap “Choose pictures” and select one or more photos. They can be JPG, PNG or WebP.
  2. Check the order. Use the up and down arrows to move a page, or the cross to remove it.
  3. Choose “A4 pages” for documents, or “Same shape as each picture” to keep each photo’s own shape.
  4. Download the PDF.

Getting clear pages

  • Photograph each page flat, in daylight, with the phone held directly above it.
  • Crop each photo to the edges of the page before you choose it.
  • Keep all the pages the same way up. A page photographed sideways appears sideways in the PDF.

If the form has a size limit

This tool keeps the pictures at good quality and does not aim for a particular file size. If your form asks for a PDF under 100 KB, 200 KB or another limit, use Compress PDF instead. It accepts the same pictures and keeps the whole file under the limit you set.

Questions

How do I convert a JPG to PDF?
Choose your picture in the tool on this page. The PDF is made at once and you can download it. No sign-up is needed.
Can I combine several pictures into one PDF?
Yes. Choose several pictures at once, or add more afterwards. Each picture becomes one page. Use the arrows to change the order and the cross to remove a page.
Does it work with PNG pictures and screenshots?
Yes. JPG, PNG and WebP pictures all work, including screenshots and photos of documents.
What is the difference between the two page sizes?
“A4 pages” places each picture in the middle of a standard A4 page, which is best for printing and for documents. “Same shape as each picture” makes each page exactly the shape of its picture, with no white border.
Are my pictures uploaded?
No. The PDF is built inside your browser on your own device. Your pictures are never sent to us.
The PDF is too large for my form. What can I do?
Use the Compress PDF tool on this site. Choose the same pictures there and set the limit your form asks for, such as 200 KB.
