Terms of use

By using FormKB you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site offers

FormKB provides a free tool that resizes pictures in your browser, together with information about the picture requirements of some online application forms in Pakistan.

Not an official website

FormKB is independent. It is not run by, endorsed by or connected with FPSC, PPSC, NTS, ASF, Pakistan Navy or any other organisation named on the site. Their names are used only to describe which form a requirement belongs to.

Accuracy of the limits

We take each limit from the organisation’s own document and show the date we checked it. Organisations can change their requirements at any time, and a particular advertisement can set different rules. The official advertisement and instructions for the post you are applying for always come first. Check them before you apply.

Your responsibility

• Check the downloaded file before you upload it, including its size and whether it is clear.
• Use only pictures and documents that are your own or that you have the right to use.
• Do not use the site to prepare false or misleading documents.

No guarantee

The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors, or that a file it produces will be accepted by a particular portal. We are not responsible for a rejected application, a missed deadline or any other loss that follows from using the site.

Content

The text and design of the site belong to FormKB. You may link to any page. Please do not copy the guides to another website.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
